The EPA has set a good model of evaluation, and tried to make the evaluation objective and impartial. Through this project the evaluation procedure for the year of 2013 was set up by consulting with scholars, experts and environmental officers in various advisory meetings, explanatory meeting and forums. A preliminary feasibility study for a certification system for EIA evaluators was conducted in association with consulting with scholars, experts and environmental officers in another advisory meetings, explanatory meeting and forums. Conclusions and suggestions were made for next year evaluation, and for further study on the certification system of EIA evaluators.
